Team Leader - Phone Banking
- Team Leader Phone banking is primarily responsible for managing set of 8 Customer Service Associates.
- Team Leaders will be responsible to drive Customer experience (NPS),Quality , Process/Sales Performance.
- Team Leaders will also provide constructive feedback and coach Officers on a regular basis to facilitate performance improvement.
- Team Leader is expected to identify Process/Product failures, which lead to calls to Phone banking and highlighting it to concerned teams for resolution.
- He is also responsible for managing daily operational metrics of his team members by helping CSA with customer escalations and product dissemination.
