Job Responsibilities-


?Team Leader Phone banking is primarily responsible for managing set of 8 Customer Service Associates.

?Team Leaders will be responsible to drive Customer experience (NPS),Quality , Process/Sales Performance.

?Team Leaders will also provide constructive feedback and coach Officers on a regular basis to facilitate performance improvement.

?Team Leader is expected to identify Process/Product failures, which lead to calls to Phone banking and highlighting it to concerned teams for resolution.

?He is also responsible for managing daily operational metrics of his team members by helping CSA with customer escalations and product dissemination.
