Post Graduate Program in Relationship Management is a curated program aimed at transforming young and talented graduates into a stream of bankers equipped with knowledge and skills required to serve the bank’s customer needs. The program, designed and delivered in partnership with our Industry Academia partners encapsulates the new age skills of banking industry. The applicants selected through an entrance exam based recruitment process, undergo 21 days of structured classroom training program, which inculcates relationship management perspective in the candidate. Post-successful completion, applicants jump-start their career in sales and relationship management roles with a customer centric 360-degree approach.

Probationary Officer Training Programme is an initiative of ICICI Bank to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in banking. It is designed to develop specialists with banking knowledge and selling skills to fulfil the need of trained bankers. It is a one year training programme, conducted at ICICI Manipal Academy, Bengaluru.
