Trade Finance Operations Group
We at Trade finance operations Group take care of wide range of trade services designed to meet a range of short term to medium term trade financing requirements of our customers. We offer one stop solution addressing needs of importers and exporters by ensuring requisite services are available under one roof. We manage entire service life cycle of trade products such as Letter of credit, Bank guarantee, Bills discounting and Cross border remittances. Trade finance operations Group also specialises in Capital account transactions and act as an Authorised Dealer on request of customer.

The Group functions are centralized at Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi and Kolkata for India and overseas branches operations.

Asset Operations Group (AOG) manages operations and accounting of all asset products of the Bank for Retail, SME, Corporate and Government clients. The Group inter alia supports onboarding, transaction processing and the complete life cycle servicing of asset products:

• Retail asset operations manages mortgages, vehicle loans, personal loans , consumer finance, Agri loans etc.
• Card operations covers credit, commercial, INR prepaid, Forex cards , FASTag etc.
• Key activities for Lending services operations team includes pre-disbursement checks and document verification for SME and corporate clients.
• Corporate operations thereon takes care of disbursement and Servicing for this set of clients including Term and Demand Loan facilities, OverDraft, Cash credit etc
