As Information Technology Analyst you will manage a cluster of technology platforms, continuously evaluate technology solutions, and induct an innovative technology stack to drive business excellence at ICICI Bank. You will work along with cross functional business team in creating technology solutions by leveraging digital and data capabilities and induct new age technologies. In this role, you will have opportunities to ideate, develop, manage, maintain & improve our digital offerings and also our internal tools/platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Opportunities - Continuously explore, evaluate, and induct new technology platforms across SaaS, PaaS, and custom workflows ties
• Eliminate Downtime - Engage in continuous and regular testing of the IT system for readiness for unforeseen and unexpected events that can affect business continuity
• Process Compliance - Ensure the systems adhere to the Information Security guidelines. Ensure up-to-date documentation of manuals and process notes governing business activities to comply with applicable protocols, governing standards and user manuals
• Collaboration - Work closely with business and functional teams and develop a deep understanding of various operational processes in the relevant areas of implementation of frictionless and Straight Through Processing (STP) of business operations
• Support - Ensure system availability and extend support during system downtime and technical exigencies. Work with cross-functional teams to create a technology stack that is scalable, resilient, and well governed
• Service Orientation - Provide proactive resolution of potential IT-related queries and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with technology partners providing support

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification - B.E./ B.Tech from a recognized University or Institution
• Experience in technology - Experience as a software developer, business analyst, data warehousing, master data management, Cloud or technology management in any industry
• Communication Skills - Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand problems clearly.
• Process Compliance - Ability to ensure up-to-date documentation of manuals and process notes governing business activities so as to comply with applicable technology protocols, governing standards, and business user manual
• Market understanding - Quality to explore, evaluate, and induct new technology platforms across SaaS, PaaS, and custom workflows
• Collaboration - A knack to regularly interact with business/product/functional teams to create the technology stack
