RM - Service Sector Group

About the role

Here?s what you get to do. If selected, you will be responsible for complete sectoral coverage in the area of operation establishing touchpoints with all corporates and onboarding new clients and clientservicing including credit appraisal of the corporates. You will also be responsible for execution of end to endset processes such as collection and payment solutioning, onboarding for digital products,financialanalysis, credit appraisal note preparation, loan documentation etc. for thetransactions undertheguidance of the Relationship Manager. As an RM you will also be responsible for designing solutions fair to both the customers and the bank. Your focus should be on 360? Banking in line with customer needs. A key responsibility is to work within the guardrails of risk and compliance and focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:


360? Credit Assessment:

Expected to understand in detail the client?s business and financials and prepare a quality appraisal note in collaboration with the Risk Management team.


Facilitate the disbursement of funds once sanction is in place through coordination with various internal groups. You are also expected to complete post-disbursement documentation activities in coordination with control groups such as Legal, Compliance, and Credit Middle Office.

Portfolio Management:

Assist the Senior Relationship Manager/ Regional Head in managing a high quality portfolio of corporate clients. Support the Senior Relationship Manager/ Regional Head in achieving business targets and acquiring and onboarding new clients

 Key Qualifications & Requirements:


Educational Qualification:


?       MBA/PGDM

?       CA/ICWA/CFA


Excellent Communication:


Strong negotiation skills backed by excellent oral and written communication skills.


Financial Understanding:


An understanding of the intricacies of financial analysis, the balance sheet, profit & loss accounts and cash flow statements. Knowledge of basic banking products.

About the Business Group:


The Services Sector Group is responsible for coverage of services sector which constitutesmore than 50% of India?s GDP. It mainly covers IT, ITES, BPO, Back-office, logistics, startups and theirecosystemincludingE-commerce,Fintech,Wealthtech,Edutechetc.Theteamisresponsibleinproviding  end-to-end360degreebankingsolutionsacrossthefinancialspectrumrangingfromdigitalfirsttransaction banking solutions with focus on API Banking, term loans, treasury and risk managementsolutions, employee related banking services, private banking for founders, advisory services includingfund arrangement and M&As in collaboration with multiple product groups. It is also responsible forappraisalandmonitoringof shorttermworkingcapitalcreditlimits.




Is an understanding of banking a prerequisite for the role?

It is not necessary to have banking knowledge to apply for the role. However, it is critical to have an orientation to understand multiple credit products, regulations, and financial knowledge. Applicants from all industries are welcome to apply.


Is banking experience a necessity for this role?
