This role is Credit Risk Management for Corporate Centre group at ICICI Bank. Below mentioned are the job responsibilities:

1. Credit risk analysis and assessment of credit proposals across industries

2. Review of project/concession agreement(s) entered into with state level/central authorities. (Applicable in Infrastructure Risk)

3. Familiarity/knowledge of RBI Circulars pertaining to asset classification, project under implementation, large exposure framework and updates on Master Circular issued every year in July of each year

4. Independent portfolio management across diverse industries

5. Appraising credit risk involved in proposed transaction and assigning internal credit rating for the company and the banking facilities proposed

6. Client interaction and field visits to assess business operations

7. Industry research, review and active monitoring of existing accounts

8. Articulation/presentation of credit analysis to senior management within CRMG

9. Articulating risk views at sanctioning forums

10. Interaction with various Business Groups. Interfacing with other support groups such as Legal, Compliance and Credit Monitoring teams

Qualification: Graduation in any professional discipline and PGDM/MBA or CA/CFA
