Relationship Manager-Mortgage (RM-Mortgage)
Reports to: BSM-Mortgage
?Identify sales opportunities
?Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
?Generate leads for new business and customers
?Achieve business objectives and targets through customer acquisition & satisfaction
?Channel Management- To develop and expand the existing channel network
?Market development, focus on developing relations and corporate tie-ups
?Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices
Deliverables:
?Achieve sales targets
?Guide channel sales team and introduce clients to them
?Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
Skills and Competencies:
?Asset product and process knowledge
?Ability to set priorities and deliver high standards of performance
?Ability to motivate a team to deliver results
?Ability to use data and logic to convince others, to articulate with conviction, ability to effectively communicate in order to influence
