Branch Sales Manager-Mortgage (BSM-Mortgage)
Reports to: Regional Head Sales-Mortgage
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities
- Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
- Generate leads for new business and customers
- Achieve business objectives and targets through customer acquisition & satisfaction
- Channel Management- To develop and expand the existing channel network
- Market development, focus on developing relations and corporate tie-ups
- Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices
Deliverables:
- Recruit, train and motivate channel sales team
- Achieve sales targets
- Guide channel sales team and introduce clients to them
- Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
Skills and Competencies:
- Asset product and process knowledge
- Ability to set priorities and deliver high standards of performance
- Ability to motivate a team to deliver results
- Ability to use data and logic to convince others, to articulate with conviction, ability to effectively communicate in order to influence
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation/ MBA
