Operations Manager
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Data entry & verification of data entry in various applications
- Processing files
- Record Management
- Inter-departmental coordination
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while processing trade transactions
Deliverables:
- Data verification within defined TAT
- Storage and retrieval of records as per business requirement
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while processing trade transactions
Product/Customer Handled:
Account Opening/Clearing/Transactions
Skills and Competencies:
- Computer literate (Excel expertise)
- Basic Documents Knowledge (e.g. PAN Card, DL, Voter ID, Cheque etc.)
- Open to work in Shifts
- Good reasoning ability
- Should be familiar with Trade transaction life-cycle and related regulations
- Should be able to manage and ensure compliance of Internal Policies and adherence to Regulatory requirements
- Basic knowledge of KYC/AML
