Operations Manager


Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Data entry & verification of data entry in various applications
  • Processing files
  • Record Management
  • Inter-departmental coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while processing trade transactions

Deliverables:

  • Data verification within defined TAT
  • Storage and retrieval of records as per business requirement
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while processing trade transactions

Product/Customer Handled:

Account Opening/Clearing/Transactions 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Computer literate (Excel expertise)
  • Basic Documents Knowledge (e.g. PAN Card, DL, Voter ID, Cheque etc.)
  • Open to work in Shifts
  • Good reasoning ability
  • Should be familiar with Trade transaction life-cycle and related regulations
  • Should be able to manage and ensure compliance of Internal Policies and adherence to Regulatory requirements
  • Basic knowledge of KYC/AML
