Reports to: Branch Manager

As a Sales and Relationship Manager, you get an opportunity to engage with high-value customers of ICICI Bank and offer the right banking solutions across the financial spectrum to meet customer needs. This requires you to be adept at understanding the profile and portfolio of the customer and a knack for developing a strong customer relationship. You get to serve as a one-point contact for all banking needs of the customers and are thus, the face of ICICI Bank for the customer. You have the opportunity to service customer needs across Business Banking, Privilege Banking, Virtual Banking, Secured- Unsecured Assets and more! The role requires you to collaborate seamlessly across teams at ICICI Bank to offer superior service and TATs to our customers.


Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain productivity
  • Perform compliance, service and operations in branch
  • Generate revenue through privilege customers
  • Meet annual targets 

 Deliverables:

  • Cross selling of new products and services for both new and existing privilege customers
  • Achieve sales target for CASA and other products
  • Maintain good relationship with customers
  • Provide guidance and advice to the customers about the products and services offered

Product/Customer Handled:

  • CASA, Life Insurance and other liability products
  • Privilege Customers

Skills and Competencies:

  • Business and service skills
  • Understanding and knowledge of the product
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

 

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate & Post Graduate with 4-8 Years work experience
