Brief Profile

Cards digital projects management role with responsibilities towards managing Digital initiatives of the Cards business, by conceptualising platforms; designing user experiences for Acquisition; Activation; Customer engagement and delivering the through digital channels like website & mobile. Enhancing customer experiences with continuous upgradation of platforms through in-house developments as well as integrations with Fintech. Managing and enhancing capabilities of Cards systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of ongoing digital channel acquisition activities, and campaigns
• Plan new programs leveraging digital channel capabilities
• Working with cross-functional teams to help design and implement key strategic initiatives supporting volume growth and customer experience improvements
• Work on key acquisition drivers and performance metrics, uncovering insights that will enable better decision-making
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with key business partners (including Digital Channels, Retail Risk Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Credit Centre Operations, etc.) to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively
• Track competitive trends/activity and identify opportunities
• Work with Fintechs to bring market first initiatives to the bank
• Continuously strive to Enhance customer experience by reducing TATs
• Work towards Cost saving initiatives through digitization of non-digital journeys
• Work with Cross sett teams to bundle other banking products in the customer journey
• Understanding of regulations and ensuring compliance of digital platform
• Building Customer Do-it-yourself platforms towards value added services

Educational Qualification

• MBA sales with 8 to 20 years of experience
• Exposure to BFSI, brand, marketing and online campaign management is a plus.
• Candidate must be from premier institutes with a consistent and strong academic record
