Brief Profile:
Product Manager will be responsible for strategy, roadmap, and managing segment centric marketing; offering and alliances basis Banks product line. The position demands deep understanding of Analytics, Marketing, forecasting of customer spends through offers and alliances; Understanding latest trends in google Analytics and delivering best in class website and I-mobile user experience for Cards. Key capabilities include working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out offerings aligned to the vision and strategy of the Cards business at ICICI Bank Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill Marketing and alliance gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop Go to market strategies with product positioning
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for effective customer launches and post launch engagements
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with technology and Operation teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Drive product launches in collaboration with the Corporate Brand group and other team members
- Launch and manage tactical acquisition and usage campaigns to meet yearly objectives
- Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Manage and liaise with the partner- align the internal teams and strategies as per mutually agreed goals
- Act as a cards evangelist to build awareness and understanding and closely align with Customer Service & Onboarding to build and maintain a strong customer experience
Educational Qualification
- MBA sales with 8 to 20 years of experience.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product marketing throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
