Product Manager - API Development

Grade: MMI and MMII

Location:  Hyderabad, 

Key Responsibilities:                

• You will be responsible for creating the API marketplace for the bank and jointly architect the strategy with technology stakeholders.
• You will own end-to-end our API and integration products
• You will identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy jointly with other teams
• You will understand customer needs and gather product requirements
• You will be responsible for leading the APIfication journey for the bank products in Cash Management and Trade from the conventional products to the API based products.
• You will manage a team of designers, engineers and more to create amazing user experiences and compelling value proposition for the bank.
• You will grow our developer ecosystem through content and events and drive adoption.
• You will be responsible for forging partnerships with other product and tech companies to encourage new product creation by using APIs of the bank. You will also be responsible for driving throughput through these partnerships. 
• You will take full responsibility for a customer-facing products and lead innovation in the platform.
• Be responsible for the revenue generated through these API based product.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate and Post Graduate with 4 to 15 years of work experience.
• Experience of managing a team of designers and engineers
• Previous experience of product delivery
• Experience with API products
• Experience of software engineering\developing not mandatory
• Understanding of business process, especially in transaction banking trade or cash management, or any other financial services vertical.
• You love solving problems and dealing with ambiguity
• You are highly logical and bring a disciplined approach to product development.
