Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Management of Commercial/ Trade & Current Account relationships in business banking segment.
  • Responsible for leading and managing a team of Relationship Managers to achieve Trade Revenue for the given region.
  • Maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with the existing client base and grow the CASA & Fee Book. 
  • Sales of Trade Products like bills for Collections, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Treasury products. Credits and Acquire new trade relationship.
  • Originate and work with product groups as necessary to structure, execute and implement banking solutions for clients across all products. 
  • Management of Commercial/ Trade & Current Account relationships in business banking segment.
  • Acquire New Trade Finance and Forex clients.
  • Activate existing clients to start their trade and Forex transactions. 
  • Acquisition of Corporate customers for Forex and Trade Services.
  • Respond to customer queries on a timely basis and handle customer satisfaction survey.

Responsibility:

  • Handling a team of relationship managers & responsible for managing relationships of SME clients with a target of increasing the fee base & increasing the MAB book 
  • Sourcing & granting of credit limit to customers including buyers credit, LCBD, ECB, Term Loan, WCDL, LC, BG, Forwards, OD, CC, Packing Credit, bills discounting, etc. 
  • Driving annualized budget consisting of Liability, Fee, Lending, Third Party Investments and NCA.
  • Resourcing, training, channel management, customer retention activities, setting up sales, distribution processes & controls. 
  • Guiding the team in understanding about Banking, Trade, Trade Finance requirement and       Business & Trade Flow of the prospective & existing customers and training them in Trade, Trade Finance, Hedging and Lending related aspects. 

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation (Any Specialization)/ MBA with minimum 5 years pf experience in Sales of Trade finance product.
  • This is a team handling position, prior exposure in handling a team of Relationship Managers is  desirable.
