Product Manager Digital Channel Head - Travel Cards / Forex Prepaid Cards

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Manager :Product Travel Cards

Products to be handled: Travel Card

 

Job Role and Responsibilities:

The product manager will support the larger team with development of all aspects of the product line for the ICICI Bank Travel Card business and handle the digital channel. This dynamic position will provide a highly collaborative environment, interacting with and influencing senior leaders across the organization.

  • Responsible for developing the product value proposition and benefits
  • Source and device ways to attract customers digitally and thus increase forex issuance and enhance customer digital channel experience
  • Partnership building with forex related partners and device and manage opportunity for Travel Card
  • Responsible to implement Product development, product sales strategies through digital channel
  • Responsible for product positioning, pricing etc. across various customer segment of the bank
  • Initiate and implement marketing programs to drive acquisition and usage on card digitally
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and achieve maximum results
  • Manage relationship with internal stakeholders to drive Forex Prepaid cards sales growth through customer campaigns, R&R and provide related product support
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Coordinate product launch activities along with lead operational teams to ensure successful customer experience and readiness
  • Ensure Compliance to Internal & External Guidelines on Travel Cards

 

Deliverables:

  • Identifying critical gaps in the Forex product portfolio, developing and assist in implementing product developments projects
  • Central point of coordination for internal stakeholders, Operations, Technology and Other Business groups
  • Managing relationship with internal stakeholders like Brand Team, Channel Team, Customer segments head, Compliance and Legal
  • Responsible for project management of various projects to expand the Forex Card category
  • Leads the thought process on customer segmentation and value propositions for the retail segment and design new solution and customize existing solution based on feedback

Educational Qualifications:
