Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & verification of data entry in various applications
- Record Management
- Team Management
- Inter-departmental coordination
- MIS Preparation
- Customer Requests handling
- Co-ordination with Other Banks and Vendors
Deliverables:
- Data verification and MIS preparation within defined TAT
- Storage and retrieval of records as per business requirement
- On job training of team members
Product/Customer Handled:
- Account Opening/Clearing/Transactions
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Excel
- Quick Learner
- Problem solving abilities/ Co-ordination skill
- Good Communication Skills
- Candidate having knowledge of regulatory guidelines will be preferred
- Process orientation & Ability to Ideate
- Ability to Manage Teams
- Multi-tasking
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate & Post Graduate with
6-10 Years work experience
