Positions Reporting to Role:

  • Maker
  • Verifier
  • Unit Manager

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & verification of data entry in various applications
  • Record Management
  • Team Management
  • Inter-departmental coordination
  • MIS Preparation
  • Customer Requests handling
  • Co-ordination with Other Banks and Vendors

Deliverables:

  • Data verification and MIS preparation within defined TAT
  • Storage and retrieval of records as per business requirement
  • On job training of team members

Product/Customer Handled:

  • Account Opening/Clearing/Transactions

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Quick Learner
  • Problem solving abilities/ Co-ordination skill
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Candidate having knowledge of regulatory guidelines will be preferred
  • Process orientation & Ability to Ideate
  • Ability to Manage Teams
  • Multi-tasking

 

Educational Qualifications:

  •   Graduate & Post Graduate with 6-10 Years work experience
