Relationship Manager - Commerical Business

Relationship Manager-Commercial Business (RM- CB)


Reports to: Regional Head Sales-Commercial Business

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  •  Spearhead the Commercial Vehicle & Construction Equipment business for the region assigned
  •  Liaison and coordinate with the manufacturers, dealers and HNI customers for business and cross sell
  • Lead efforts across handling and managing DSAs & DSTs network for commercial vehicle loans across the region, resulting in deeper market penetration & achievements of annual targets
  • Cross sell existing bank products i.e. mutual funds, CASA, credit cards, FD, General Insurance etc to customers and thus leverage strong relationship and bonding
  •  Appoint new DSAs in unrepresented areas to enhance business volume and market share of the company while leading & monitoring the performance of a team
  •  Liaison and coordinate with the credit team and manage the whole gamut of tasks involved in approval and disbursal of loans; expertise in delinquency management and collection/recovery operations while implementing strategies towards enhancing business volumes and growth
  • Efficiently manage the sales and business development operations, study the elements in sales promotion plans while considering consumer preference to drive business volumes; coordinate with cross-functional departments, DSAs/DSTs for business expansion efforts


  •  Recruit, train and motivate channel sales team
  •   Achieve sales targets
  •  Guide channel sales team and introduce clients to them
  •  Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries

Educational Qualifications

  •  Graduate & Post Graduate with 4-8 Years work experience.
