Product Marketing Manager, Digital Channels


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual targets for adoption and usage of Internet Banking channel
  • Work on the development and execution of annual marketing plan which will help in building awareness and relevance for the products leading to Internet Banking usage
  • Plan and execute cross channel campaigns using email, SMS, website, digital media, social media and bank?s internal properties
  • Use analytics to create segmentation strategy for targeting and customizing campaigns
  • Build communication campaigns from scratch, providing creative direction for artwork and writing/editing effective copy
  • Tracking & analysis of business portfolio
  • Manage agency and vendors to deliver work on time & within the allocated budget
  • Business intelligence and competitor analysis
  • Develop & execute promotional campaigns
  • Product training and roll out support


Skills required:

  • Experience of using digital channels such as search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media, email marketing and mobile media
  • Knowledge of HTML, Excel, PowerPoint and experience of using web analytic tools such as Google Analytics
  • Agency management, cross-functional communication management
  • Creative thinking, problem solving and capability to adapt in a constantly changing digital marketing environment
  • Experience of using BTL, digital and unconventional media
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


Qualifications:

Post Graduation (Marketing) 

Experience:

6+ years of experience in marketing / advertising
