Purpose
of Job: The Regional Head (RH) will manage a
state. He will be primarily responsible for the overall business development of
the state & enabling the sales environment by driving the key KRAs of the
organization at a State level.
Key
Accountabilities:

Driving sales targets (Logins and
Disbursement) of the State
?
Driving profitability objectives by
close monitoring of income & expenses. Managing the Interest yield and Fee
income clearly offsetting the sourcing costs.

Maintain a healthy product mix between
Loan and Non-Loan products
?
Managing a two layer team of Regional
Head Sales (accountable for region level business) and Relationship Managers
(accountable for location level business)
?
Building and managing multiple channel
distribution viz. DSAs and servicing the Inbound branch channel.
?
Dealer relationship management
?
Monitoring & evaluating the
performance & productivity of the sales team
?
Portfolio Monitoring
