Post Graduate Program in Relationship Management is a curated program aimed at transforming young and talented graduates into a stream of bankers equipped with knowledge and skills required to serve the bank’s customer needs. The applicants selected through an entrance exam based recruitment process, undergo 21 days of structured classroom training program, which inculcates relationship management perspective in the candidate. Post-successful completion, applicants jump-start their career in sales and relationship management roles with a customer centric 360-degree approach.

- 21 days online Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) program with internal weekly assessments
- The program will focus on imparting skills and knowledge on sales and relationship management, products, processes, digital offerings, compliance framework, and behavioral skills
- Rigorous training using varied pedagogies viz. classroom training, case studies, role plays, e-learning and assessments
- ICICI Bank senior management engagement sessions with students
- State of the art and well-equipped infrastructure for academic and practical learning
- On successful completion of the programme, the students are absorbed in ICICI bank at Senior Officer grade
- 21 Days - Online training at ICICI Bank Academic Partners
- ₹ 42,000/- + applicable GST.to be paid to Academic Partners
- The mentioned training fee is towards the training expense incurred by the Academic Partners on imparting the 21 days program

- Applicants will have to clear the Aptitude Test for being eligible for the selection process.
