Reporting to Role: Technical Officer
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Train and manage a team of
technical officers and outsourced technical agencies
- Deliver valuation reports to
various departments as per their requirements
- Scrutinize and approve builder
projects under APF (Advance Processing Facility)
- Cross audit valuations
conducted by his/her team to check the accuracy of such reports
- Recruitment and management of
technical agencies (empanelled values)
- Track real estate price
movements and update the property price index
- Responsible for productivity of
the in-house team
- Deliver the technical reports
within accepted TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Billing of valuations delivered
to various verticals and external customers
