Technical Manager



Reports to: Regional Technical Manager

 

Positions Reporting to Role: Technical Officer

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Train and manage a team of technical officers and outsourced technical agencies
  • Deliver valuation reports to various departments as per their requirements
  • Scrutinize and approve builder projects under APF (Advance Processing Facility)
  • Cross audit valuations conducted by his/her team to check the accuracy of such reports
  • Recruitment and management of technical agencies (empanelled values)
  • Track real estate price movements and update the property price index
  • Responsible for productivity of the in-house team
  • Deliver the technical reports within accepted TAT (Turnaround Time)
  • Billing of valuations delivered to various verticals and external customers
